3.1 Local Storage

Your flight log data is primarily stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly share it with us for support purposes.

If you enable CloudKit sync:

• We do not have access to your iCloud data
• Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud data

4. Third-Party Services

TheProPilotApp integrates with the following third-party services:

• Export your logbook data as CSV
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Disable CloudKit sync at any time
• Opt out of location services

5.2 Data Portability

You can export your entire logbook in CSV format, compatible with other aviation apps like ForeFlight and LogTen Pro.

5.3 Data Deletion

To delete your data:

• Delete the app from your device to remove local data
• Disable iCloud sync to remove CloudKit data
• Contact us at support@thepropilotapp.com to delete account information

6. Children's Privacy

TheProPilotApp is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
